오늘은 EVE-NG에 Juniper vQFX 18.4R1.8을 설치하는 방법을 공유하려고 합니다.

먼저 인터넷에서 아래와 같은 이미지를 다운로드해야 합니다.

- 필자는 위 사이트를 참고하여 설치하였다.
- 아래에 쉽게 설명하였으니 따라오면 문제없이 Juniper vQFX 18.4R1.8 OS를 설치할 수 있다고 생각한다.
1) EVE-NG booting
- 먼저 EVE-NG를 부팅한다.
2) EVE-NG Juniper vQFX 18.4R1.8 OS upload

- '/opt/unetlab/addons/qemu' 경로에 'vqfxpfe-10K-F-18.4R1.8' 및 'vqfxre-10K-F-18.4R1.8' Directory를 생성한다.
- FTP를 사용할 수 있는 프로그램을 실행한다.
- 위에서 생성한 'vqfxpfe-10K-F-18.4R1.8' Directory에 'cosim-18.4R1.8_20180212.qcow2' 파일을 복사한다.
- 위에서 생성한 'vqfxre-10K-F-18.4R1.8' Directory에 'jinstall-vqfx-10-f-18.4R1.8.qcow2' 파일을 복사한다.
3) Juniper vQFX 18.4R1.8 image name change

- 위와 같이 파일 이름을 EVE-NG 형식에 맞게 변경한다.
4) Fix permissions

- 권한을 수정한다
5) Juniper vQFX 18.4R1.8 booting
- Web을 이용하여 EVE-NG로 접속하면 'Junier vQFX PFE' 및 'Junier vQFX RE'가 추가되어 있다.
- Image가 'vqfxpfe-18.4R1.8'임을 확인한다.
- UUID 입력 등 다른 설정을 변경할 필요가 없다.
- 기본적으로 RAM은 2048MB로 되어있지만 RAM이 부족하신 분들은 1024MB로 설정해도 사용에 문제없음을 확인했다.
- Image가 'vqfxre-10K-F-18.4R1.8'임을 확인한다.
- UUID 입력 등 다른 설정을 변경할 필요가 없다.
- 기본적으로 RAM은 3072MB로 되어있지만 RAM이 부족하신 분들은 1024MB로 설정해도 사용에 문제없음을 확인했다.
- RE와 PFE는 'em1' 인터페이스로 연결되어야 한다.
- 아래 로그는 RE가 부팅되는 과정이다.
